We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, right above the bus station, making it super convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the welcoming drink upon arrival, a nice touch that made us feel valued as guests. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel were a great help in planning our activities. And let's not forget about the free Wi-Fi in our rooms, a lifesaver for staying connected during our trip.
Recommend this hotel to friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a stunning location.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Tateyama. The location was breathtaking and easily accessible for hiking. The activities, like Snow Wall watch, were amazing, showing their commitment to environment conservation. Even though the rooms were old-fashioned, I loved being right on top of the Tateyama station. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located at the top of a station, perfect for a stopover on a long journey. the view from the room is wonderful, but unfortunately, the room itself is small and not very clean. Although the staff are friendly, the service is slow and not very efficient. Breakfast is nothing special, just a basic buffet with little variety. the private bath facility is a great advantage, and the souvenir shop is well-stocked with interesting items.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance, and the room's interiors are outdated and require some renovations.

We had a lovely romantic escape with stunning views of the mountain. The dinner was delicious and the hotel gave us a lot of interesting information about the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed borrowing the wellies from the hotel for a walk, it was a nice touch that allowed us to explore without worrying about our own footwear. the fact that the hotel provided audio equipment for the snow walk was very helpful.
The private bath was dated and could use some renovations. The bathroom could have been cleaner too.

Great location and friendly staff! We had an amazing time during our weekend stay. the hotel provided free hiking gear and had easy access to the trails. the food was delicious, particularly the multi-course meal that had a great variety of Japanese cuisine. We also enjoyed the opportunity to reserve a private bath.

Convenient Location and Activities
I had a great stay at this hotel located near a station and places of interest. The best aspects of this hotel were the organized activities like the sunrise and star gazing tours. Additionally, the hotel provided guests with free usage of hiking equipment and waterproof boots. The location was also great as it allowed me to take time exploring the mountains without feeling rushed.
Nothing all good.
